Hi, it's time to get to know each other better.
We are Bickerstaff.845 –
An independent creative agency from Ukraine,
now with offices in
Kyiv, Lisbon, and London.
We were born in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 and have kept moving at full speed even while our country is at war.
In other words, we know how to work under pressure.
Over the past five years, we have worked with bold clients of every size. From start-ups to government organizations and global NGOs, they have trusted us to create big ideas. Those projects have since been honored at the world's leading festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, ADC Annual, Clio, Epica, Effie Europe, and more.

The industry says about us:
And who are we to disagree?
Our strength lies in strategic mischief.
We love breaking the rules – not the criminal code,
But the rules of the advertising industry.
Which we typically bend to solve challenges like:
Communication
Brand strategy
Communication strategy
Creative platform
Integrated campaign
PR campaign
And challenges like this:
Design
Experience Design
Brand Identity
Naming
Packaging
Digital solutions
Some clients took a risk with us
and stayed for the long run.
We'd love it if, over time, we could create something significant together.
Something that would earn your logo a place among the ones we already
proudly collaborate with.
A bit more detail about how we do what we do:
Awkward sessions
The first step of getting to know each other is aligning on shared goals and values.
Setup the conflicts
Building a team that's most relevant to the challenge and ambition
of the project.
Explore the truth
Strategic development: We uncover the cultural tension, the truth about our audience, and the role our product plays in their lives.
Hack the system
Creative problem-solving
– finding the idea and the best way
to deliver the message.
Bring to live
Production – bringing the idea to life across all communication channels,
and further expanding it through PR.
About who we do what we do with.
